The numbers are sobering: In the coming year, ChurchTrac, a church computer management software company, estimates that 15% of churches in America will close, and another 15% will shift from full-time to part-time pastoral leadership—furthering their decline. Behind every closing church is a community that feels abandoned, disconnected, and spiritually underserved.
Even more alarming is the disconnect among church leaders. According to LifeWay Research, 94% of pastors believe their churches will still be open a decade from now, despite evidence to the contrary. This gap between perception and reality reveals a need for bold truth-telling, creative vision, and faithful leadership which is what Rev. Dan Jackson brings to your community.

About Me
Meet Rev Dan
Rev. Dan Jackson (RevDan) is a church workshop leader, pastor coach, author, and speaker who specializes in building healthy and sustainable ministry. With over 30 years of experience in the field, Dan noticed a common theme no one talked about - discouraged pastors and plateauing churches ignoring their state of wellbeing. To be a force for positivity and leadership in the community, a church needs to lead from a healthy and vibrant place, which is what RevDan is on a mission to do - help these leaders serve from a space of empowerment and vibrancy.
From holding titles such as New Church Development Director and Vital Church Initiative Leader to helping churches begin new ministries, including 400+ Fresh Expressions of Church, RevDan has led over 100 pastors and 70 churches on their journeys from frustration and stagnation to sustainable health and positive influence.
RevDan and his wife, Patti, now live in Columbus, Ohio and enjoy spending time with their 5 children and 11 grandchildren. Hobby time finds Dan woodworking, improving his cello playing, and trap shooting.
